This series will focus on strength and calm for the postnatal mom. The series has been developed by working closely with physical therapists at Central Bucks Physical Therapy to ensure a safe and effective work out to build mom back up after baby, addressing common post natal concerns, like the core and pelvic floor muscles. This is for moms 6 weeks postpartum and beyond.
