Introduce your family to a love of yoga with an energetic, exploration and nature-themed class packed with kids yoga poses, songs, games and stories. Children will come away with age-appropriate breathing and mindfulness techniques and lots of fun yoga poses to practice at home. Class is held outdoors for children and their caregiver, free and no registration is necessary.
