Baby and me yoga supports normal developmental milestones of baby while giving caregivers tools to bring home and try out together. The calming space created by yoga and breathing helps caregivers relax and bond with baby. Classes include songs, poses and movements for baby that support and promote infant development. There will also be a short, all levels friendly adult flow that incorporates baby.
This is a chance for new parents to meet in a safe, judgement-free space together and build community bonds.
